How do I get rid of thrust ( white tongue, Candida) and athletes foot?

How do I get rid of the white stuff on my tongue.. I tried brushing it and using a tongue cleaner , it didn't work. How can I get rid of it? What are some home remedies? Or doctor options?

I also have Athletes Foot, it's not too bad but a little red on foot soles, what can I do to get rid if it?

thrush? it is a fungus, go to the doctor and get some anti fungal.
